Unfortunately I never received the product. This is no fault of Bruno’s, we’ll blame covid and USPS and their lack of customer service. I really wish these items would have made it to me since they were a birthday gift but Bruno was nice enough to refund my entire purchase. As of right now though, the bags originally purchased have never made it to my doorstep. I’ll update if I ever see them, but right now I really dislike DHL and that one Birmingham USPS branch for ruining a possible great bday gift

This bag is beautiful. The shipping was quick. The zipper took some time to work properly and there are some sticky marks on the leather and the lining that I suspect was a result of the process of making it. The personalizing looks great too.

So happy with the quality service and the actual product it was for a 3 year wedding anniversary and my husband loves it. Deceiving in pictures but this bag is very large (fit my husband and 2 children’s clothes in it for 4 days holiday with extras). Great buy
